Terms of Use

1. Agreement to terms. By creating an account or using Forkin Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 16 years old to use Forkin Tracker. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Not medical advice. The app provides nutrition information, estimates, and tracking tools for general personal use only. It does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Always consult a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified health professional before making decisions about your health, diet, exercise, or treatment.

4. No warranty on data accuracy. We aim to source nutrition values from official food-composition databases, but we do not guarantee that every value is complete, accurate, or up to date. AI-estimated values, vitamin and supplement barcode scans (barcode scanning is not available for packaged foods), and user-entered foods may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking product labels and verifying information that matters to you.

5. Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with anyone else.

6. Acceptable use. Use Forkin Tracker for lawful personal nutrition tracking only. Do not misuse the community features, submit false reports, attempt to access other users' accounts, or interfere with the app's operation.

7. Subscriptions and billing. Forkin Tracker is currently free while in beta. When paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown before any charge, and you may cancel in accordance with the terms presented at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forkin Tracker and its operators are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on any information it provides.

9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law.

10. Changes to terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
